This is the whole list. If a row isn’t here, it isn’t collected. There is no separate longer version of this page kept somewhere in smaller type.

Your email address	You typed it into the form.	To send you the confirmation, the build log, and the launch email. Nothing else.
When you signed up and when you confirmed	Two timestamps.	So I don't email people who never confirmed, and so I can report a confirmed count honestly instead of a signup count.
A random token	Generated when you sign up.	It is what makes your confirm link and your unsubscribe link work. It is not derived from your email.
Your four survey answers, if you gave them	The optional form after you confirm.	Phone type decides which store you get invited to test on. The rest decides what gets built first.
Where you arrived from	The page URL you submitted from, plus the browser's Referer header.	So I know which of the places I've written about this actually reached anyone. Recorded on the server — that's why there's no cookie banner.
A number I calculate	Derived from the fields above.	It ranks who to offer the ~50 beta places to. You are never shown it, because telling someone their rank is ranking theatre.

Not collected

What this site deliberately doesn't do.

No Google Analytics, and no cookie banner — because there are no tracking cookies to ask you about.
No session recording, no heatmaps, no scroll tracking. Nobody is watching a video of your mouse.
No tracking pixel in any email I send. I can't tell whether you opened it, only whether you clicked a link you chose to click.
No name, company, job title, or phone number. I never ask, so I can never leak them.
No third-party form or survey service. Your address goes into my database, not a vendor's.
No advertising network, no retargeting, no lookalike audiences. Your address is not uploaded anywhere.

Getting rid of it

Two ways out, both immediate.

Unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click link at the bottom and the header your mail app uses for its own unsubscribe button. One click, no login, no “are you sure”, no offer to email you less often instead. It takes effect immediately.

Deletion. Reply to any email, or write to the address on the privacy page, and say “delete me”. The row goes, including the survey answers and the attribution. I’ll confirm when it’s done, and that confirmation is the last email you get.
